2100Kg Button Magnet

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

2100Kg button magnet or shuttering magnet is a magnetic shuttering solution for precast concrete formworks!

Button magnet is also called shuttering magnet, precast concrete magnet box, formwork magnet, and on/off button magnet in precast concrete formwork, etc.

The precast concrete industry is very popular in Europe, US, Canada and some countries in Asia, and it has been searching for a more economical and efficient formwork method. In the past, some conventional magnets were used to position and fasten the formwork, but considerable mechanical loads with a hammer must be needed. And then it easily caused damage to magnets and the surface of expensive formwork tables as well. As one of leading pioneers in magnetic solutions for precast concrete formworks, Horizon are developing and manufacturing our own shuttering magnet to solve this problem successfully. Our shuttering magnet improves operation efficiency when setting out and breaking down the formwork.

Structure and Method of Usage for 2100Kg button button Magnet / Shuttering Magnet:

It consists of a unit of switchable Neodymium magnets and a steel casing which forms a certain designed magnetic circuit. By pressing the button on top of the steel casing, this magnetic force is activated so that the shuttering magnet can fasten the formwork to the steel table tightly. When a lever is used to pull up the button to deactivate the magnetic force, the shuttering magnet is light and easy to move and position. By means of two threaded holes integrated on the top, the shuttering magnet can be equipped with various adapters, which can provide unlimited options for use.

Characteristics:

Use with wood or steel formworks

Easy to operate

Simple and exact positioning

Adhesive force ranging from 450 Kg to 3100 Kg

Avoid welding or bolting to the formwork table therefore preserving surface finish

Same magnet can be used for different purposes

Integrated threaded holes to adapt formwork

Advantages over Competitors:

Unrivaled competitive strength in the most important component, Neodymium magnet, because Horizon are originating from and still in Neodymium magnet manufacturing

Quality first. Confident in quality and to accept terms of payment like 100% T/T after customers’ receipt of our shuttering magnet

Special solution to protecting the integrated Neodymium magnets to extend the service time and then reduce customers’ investment

Pioneer in magnetic solutions for precast concrete industry but many shuttering magnet manufacturers only copying our shuttering magnet and even its description

Complete supply of precast concrete magnets like magnetic chamfer, inserted fixing magnet, bushing magnet and custom-made magnetic products to meet customers’ one-stop purchase

Maintenance and Safety Precautions:

Steel casing protects the unit of Neodymium magnets integrated. Don’t use hard tools to crash or knock the steel casing. If knock is necessary, please use the rubber hammer.

The inside unit of Neodymium magnets must be kept clean. Avoid grout going inside the shuttering magnet so as to ensure rated magnetic force being kept and on/off button being operated flexibly.

After use, it should be kept clean and oiled so as to being protected from corrosion.

The max operating or storage temperature must be below 80℃. Higher temperature may cause shuttering magnet to reduce or totally lose magnetic force.

Although almost no magnetic force is felt outside the steel casing of the shuttering magnet, the magnetic force in the activated side is too strong. Please keep it far away from electronic instruments and unnecessary ferromagnetic metals. Special caution should be exercised if someone is wearing a pacemaker, because strong magnetic fields can damage the electronics inside pacemakers.
